Across Aviation Service is a commercial aviation agency with wide range of service provider in Nepal. We provide different type of training related to aviation sector i.e. airhostess, flight attendant, ground handling, cabin crew, flight dispatcher, train the trainers courses, flight coordinator and safety management system. We also recruit staffs for airlines and airport in Nepal including outsourcing to the customer. We are also helicopter and aircraft broker company in Asia pacific reasons.

 

We consult with foreigner’s aviation schools to support Nepalese students for different aviation training from certified schools so that they can find job. We support students wishing to get admission in foreign aviation school for PPL, CPL and ATPL courses worldwide. We also provide basic level of aviation courses and we train our staffs to make professional trainers for future training plans.

Cabin Crew

Working as a Cabin Crew is an exciting and challenging experience. It is about passion, discovering different cultures and having the capacity to feel at home anywhere in the world. It is about breaking everyday monotony, working with different people in a multicultural environment. It is having the opportunity to travel and contemplate the best sunsets and sunrises around the world.

The role of cabin crew personnel is to ensure the safety and comfort of their passengers throughout the flight, whilst providing excellent customer service. The day-to-day tasks of cabin crew can vary depending on whether you are working as part of a long-haul or short-haul team. General duties include:

  • Taking part in pre-flight briefings about the flight, the passengers and the schedule.
  • Greeting passengers as they board and directing them to their seats.
  • Ensuring that hand-luggage is securely stowed.
  • Serving food and drink.
  • Selling duty-free items.
  • Performing first aid if necessary.
  • Performing pre-flight checks to ensure that security equipment is working properly and that the plane is stocked with enough food for the flight.
  • Making sure that passengers are aware of safety procedures and demonstrating how to use emergency equipment.
  • Making announcements on behalf of the captain.
  • Ensuring that passengers follow safety procedures in an emergency.
  • Making sure that passengers leave the plane safely.
  • Completing flight reports after the journey.

Ground Staff Responsibilities

  • Selling airline Greeting and welcoming passengers, and responding to questions.
  • Checking in baggage.
  • Making reservations tickets.
  • Stocking aircraft with refreshments.
  • Cleaning aircraft after flights.
  • Assisting disabled passengers and those with small children.
  • Providing information to passengers.

Ground Staff Requirements

  • Diploma in administration or travel, or PG diploma course.
  • Experience in customer care.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed.
  • Willing to work shifts.
  • Computer literate.
